180 Recruiter (AU Public Practice Accounting)

Location: Onsite, work from home, or hybrid in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Work schedules include 7:00 AM–4:00 PM MNL time and 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine time.

What you will do

• Source active and passive candidates through Australian accounting and finance job boards, including SEEK, LinkedIn, and Workforce Australia, as well as internal databases.
• Screen CVs against consultant-provided role briefs and assess candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls covering availability, salary expectations, and role fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and communication logs in the ATS/CRM.
• Build talent pools focused on recurring roles, especially Australian Tax Accountants.
• Coordinate interviews, draft job advertisements, and provide sourcing pipeline updates to the consulting team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment sourcing or a 180 Recruiter role focused on candidate generation and screening.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing Australian accounting or finance professionals, specifically Australian Tax Accountants.
• Knowledge of Public Practice Accounting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for candidate outreach and qualification.
• Proficiency with at least one recruitment ATS or CRM platform.
• Familiarity with major Australian job boards, including SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Workforce Australia.
• High attention to detail and the ability to accurately match candidates against role requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with an Australian recruitment firm or in a BPO/offshore recruitment support capacity.
• LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with multiple ATS platforms, such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, or PCRecruiter.
