Sourcer (Fintech/Crypto)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Gather, organize, and communicate competitive market intelligence, including target-talent mapping and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team on research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across technology, non-technology, and other disciplines, using data to improve decisions and processes.
• Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches.
• Represent the organization in the market and contribute to research projects and hiring-infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology or product businesses in highly competitive markets.
• Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies, with strong Boolean and X-ray sourcing expertise.
• Strong product sense and a solid understanding of talent-acquisition fundamentals.
• Creative, inquisitive, and confident using modern sourcing tactics.
• High agency, strong bias for action, and confidence influencing stakeholders and closing exceptional talent.
• Comfort working amid ambiguity, owning outcomes, moving with urgency, and operating in a fully asynchronous remote-native environment.
• Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge.
• Fintech and crypto understanding required.
