What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical, non-technical, and product-focused roles.
• Research talent markets, identify target talent pools, and communicate competitive market intelligence.
• Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team on Boolean searches, research techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Improve hiring infrastructure, sourcing processes, and employer brand awareness.

Requirements

• Exceptional experience sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing technology or product companies.
• Strong ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies.
• Advanced Boolean and X-ray sourcing expertise.
• Understanding of fintech and crypto is required.
• Strong product sense, sound judgment, high agency, and a bias for action.
• Comfort working remotely in a fully async environment across the listed countries.

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or other product-driven organizations.
• Experience handling ambiguous, highly competitive, or previously unfamiliar searches.
