Talent Sourcer (IT/SaaS)

Location: Fully remote with flexible hours and core hours aligned to EET; sourcing scope covers EMEA, with a focus on CEE.

What you will do

• Source technical and non-technical candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, communities, job platforms, and other creative channels.
• Map target markets across EMEA, build qualified lead lists, and maintain pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Write personalized outreach and nurture passive candidates.
• Run short screening calls to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit against role scorecards.
• Generate warm leads through employee referrals and professional networks.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate personas, sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and ATS data quality.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of talent sourcing or recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment, ideally in IT or SaaS.
• Strong command of Boolean search, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a track record of high outreach response rates.
• Experience with modern ATS and CRM tools and recruiting workflows.
• Results-driven and resourceful approach, with comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Polish.
