hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support predominantly sell-side M&A transaction execution through financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMS, marketing materials, and other transaction documents.
• Review analyst deliverables and conduct detailed analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Research and identify potential buyers, maintaining detailed buyer and deal-related information.
• Assess acquisition targets and analyze financial information for buy-side clients.
• Serve as a client contact, support business development and pitching, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate junior-team deliverables, participate in recruiting and training, and ensure time-bound deadlines are met.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant investment banking industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting, or a related field required; a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.
• Series 63 and Series 79 licenses required; Series 79 must be obtained within 6 months of the hire date.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analyses.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, PitchBook, and AI prompts and agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and working with senior and junior colleagues.
