Associate, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA / Remote US; hybrid workplace.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD yearly, plus equity incentive awards, annual performance bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting strategic and commercial initiatives.
• Manage the long-range financial plan by integrating technical R&D milestones with commercial growth objectives.
• Develop business cases for growth initiatives and partnerships, and support deal modeling, structuring, and due diligence.
• Evaluate CapEx financing solutions and support treasury and cash-management strategies.
• Develop board-ready investor materials, support investor relations planning, map the investor universe, and manage quarterly reporting.
• Establish FP&A frameworks, leadership reporting, budget-versus-actuals analysis, market intelligence, and special projects across finance, strategy, and operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Equity, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills focused on accuracy and scalability.
• Ability to translate complex data into reliable decision-making tools and concise, polished insights for executive audiences.
• Self-starter mentality, strong organization, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and proactive execution with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in Physical AI and autonomy, with willingness to understand the underlying technology and its adoption at scale.
• Systems mindset and inclination to build frameworks from scratch and improve financial processes.
