Intern - Commercial Tradable Products - Investment Banking (Fintech)

Location: Mostly onsite at 1401 South Brentwood Boulevard, Suite 600, St. Louis, Missouri 63144.

Salary: $20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support transaction execution through financial analysis, research, and production of client-ready materials.
• Assist with transaction comparables, DCF and operating model inputs, financial data spreading, sensitivities, and charts.
• Conduct company and industry research, buyer screening, ownership and relationship mapping, and reviews of news and filings.
• Create and format slides, tables, and charts and support CIM and management presentation production.
• Track outreach lists, call notes, NDA status, diligence logs, and weekly status reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial analysis with an analytical and quantitative skillset.
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information, and apply details to future situations.
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
