2027 Investment Banking NY Full Time Analyst-43 (Investment Banking)

Base pay: $110,000–$135,000 annualized

What you will do

• Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, LBO, and capital raising analysis.
• Support live transactions through due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on advisory and capital markets transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of presentations and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-player and self-starter mindset.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in finance, business, or a related field or sector.
• Experience in a relevant sector.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
