IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Wrocław, Poland

Salary: 70–100 PLN/h + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Lead software development projects and change requests from planning through go-live.
• Coordinate communication between development, partner and client teams across several countries.
• Run status meetings, stakeholder updates and release coordination.
• Manage expectations and difficult discussions around scope, timelines and priorities.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain the backlog, roadmap and project documentation in Jira and Confluence; track effort, budget and change requests and support estimation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Experience working closely with development and QA teams.
• Experience in an international or distributed environment.
• Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English at C1+ level, written and spoken.
• Clear, structured communication, including explaining technical topics to business stakeholders.
• Cultural awareness, empathy, ownership, calm under pressure and strong facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking or payments.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors or organisations.
• Experience with system integrations.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP certification.
