Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work 40 hours per week.

Salary: $89,000–$121,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Engage with business value streams on diverse and complex opportunities involving multiple technology platforms.
• Collect, integrate, refine, and present data from varied sources to support business decisions.
• Create data visualizations and analytics that inform strategic direction.
• Develop process automations and analytics solutions with minimal direction.
• Evaluate new concepts and technologies that may support departmental strategy.
• Make technical approach decisions for complex project components and build professional relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience with data and process automations, or a master’s degree and 2+ years of such experience.
• Experience analyzing data for varied business opportunities and creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with senior and executive leadership.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of consumer experiences.
• The role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
• A dedicated, interruption-free workspace is required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree and/or technical certifications such as Microsoft PL300 or Databricks.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL, Python, SaaS, and/or data-querying languages or systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI and/or Power Apps/Automate.
• Experience with data mining, predictive modeling, and/or trend analysis.
• Experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
