Project Manager (Architecture)

What you will do

• Lead architectural projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, project financials, invoices, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, consultants, contractors, and construction activities.
• Maintain client relationships, provide progress updates, lead project meetings, and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Oversee quality control, construction documents, site visits, risk mitigation, project closeout, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in architecture.
