Senior Project Manager (MEP)

What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects, relationships, schedules, specifications, and completion dates.
• Schedule, direct, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering designs for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with management, engineers, designers, administration, and clients on project specifications, procedures, and technical activities.
• Implement engineering and technical policies, standards, and procedures and set operational and technical goals.
• Supervise, assign, prioritize, and evaluate designers and CAD technicians while maintaining staff competence and production continuity.
• Respond to contractor requests for design clarification and modify designs as needed for local codes and other factors.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in an engineering design position and 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an appropriate four-year college program.

Nice to have

• 10 years of field experience in building systems maintenance and/or installation.
