Project Manager, Project & Development Services (Construction)

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA; work is performed at client sites, campuses, and facilities.

Salary: $119,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare agendas, master project budgets, timelines, reports, and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Coordinate consultants, construction teams, clients, property or facility management, and project stakeholders.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, project costs, and budget impacts.
• Report progress, problems, findings, recommendations, organizational changes, and expenditures requiring approval.
• Support service marketing, follow corporate, building, client, safety, and government requirements, and maintain quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Client focus, communication proficiency, relationship management, leadership, multitasking, technical proficiency, consultation, organization, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
