Senior Project Manager – FF&E

Location: Miami, hybrid workplace

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

Well-established studio specialising in high-end luxury private residential projects, creating bespoke interiors with a focus on materials, detail, and craftsmanship.

What you will do

• Lead FF&E projects from concept through sourcing, custom fabrication, and installation.
• Guide and mentor the FF&E team on furniture, fabrics, decorative lighting, wallpaper, and accessories.
• Review presentations, specifications, selections, supplier quotations, and purchasing packages before client meetings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, custom furniture development, shop drawings, finish samples, and fabric approvals.
• Coordinate with interior architecture and purchasing teams while building relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and consultants.
• Attend site visits, coordinate installations, resolve design and delivery challenges, and improve FF&E processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential design, FF&E, or project management, including at least 3 years managing a team of designers.
• Strong background in high-end furniture, fabrics, materials, and finishes.
• Experience with bespoke furniture, custom fabrication, purchasing, and installation.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence reviewing specifications and supplier documentation.
• Construction administration experience and understanding of drawing packages.
• Confidence presenting to clients and giving clear direction to the team.
• Proactive, supportive approach with enthusiasm for mentoring others.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
