Project Manager (Interior Architecture)

Location: Miami, hybrid

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

hirify.global is partnering with a well-established studio specialising in high-end, luxury private residential interior architecture projects.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of luxury residential projects from design development through construction and completion.
• Manage project timelines, team resources, deliverables, and multiple projects at different stages.
• Develop space plans, presentations, material palettes, specifications, and detailed AutoCAD drawing packages.
• Present to clients, guide design decisions, and lead project discussions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the FF&E team.
• Attend site visits, review shop drawings, resolve technical queries, and support junior designers and project managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of interior design experience, including 3+ years in project management.
• Strong eye for design, materials, and bespoke detailing.
• Experience managing projects through construction and confident site knowledge.
• Strong technical skills and experience reviewing coordinated drawing packages.
• Confidence communicating with clients and leading project discussions.
• Collaborative approach and experience guiding junior colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage several projects at different stages.
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
