Project Manager III (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with occasional onsite presence

Salary: $104,104–$111,315 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-priority projects with significant organizational impact.
• Plan projects, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Engage senior leadership and external partners to align objectives with institutional goals.
• Translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans and drive long-term outcomes.
• Implement quality assurance practices and strategies for process improvement.
• Mentor project teams and promote professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• At least four years of experience in project management or comparable roles.
• Extensive project management experience with a proven record of success.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with advanced project management tools and methodologies.
