Implementation Project Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote from the United States, covering the Mid Atlantic Region; overnight travel of at least 50% each month is required.

Annual salary: $100,000–$120,000, plus target bonus/incentive pay of 10% of annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of 15+ concurrent implementation projects within defined timelines, scope, budgets, and business priorities.
• Define project scope, create comprehensive plans, and coordinate cross-functional resources and deliverables.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, communicate with hospital administration, and support customer satisfaction and patient care standards.
• Monitor project progress, risks, barriers, and scope changes; provide weekly status reports and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement, strengthen project management methodology proficiency, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain hospital vendor credentials, immunizations, training records, and access requirements while meeting travel obligations.

Requirements

• Experience working in hospital or hospital-type environments.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership skills, and handle difficult customer situations.
• Excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital administration and cross-functional Masimo teams.
• Ability to travel overnight at least 50% each month and comply with applicable hospital vendor credentialing standards.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing clinical monitoring systems, healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software solutions.
• Working knowledge of hospital clinical, operational, and technical workflows and their impact on implementation planning, customer readiness, training, and adoption.
