District Controller (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid role reporting from the corporate office in Dublin, Ohio, US

What you will do

• Manage complete P&L accounting for the Northwest region, ensuring accurate income, expense, and profitability reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPIs, results explanations, and variance reports.
• Analyze accounts, functional cost centers, operating expenses, and actual results against forecasts and budgets; recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee material and inventory cost accounting, including cost tracking, allocation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership and finance to provide insights supporting business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements and financial reporting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably including full P&L responsibility.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge under US GAAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, respond to changing demands, influence people and processes without direct responsibility, and prioritize, plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning about the business and developing business acumen.
