Business Controller

Location: Hybrid in the United States; locations listed as Houston, Texas and Orlando, Florida.

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance business partner for the Compression Service management team across North America and Latin America.
• Lead regional forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance reviews.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Provide financial governance and controlling support, including cost transparency and reliable processes.
• Lead special projects, transformation initiatives, and business case analyses.
• Improve reporting and decision-making through process harmonization, digitalization, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or finance leadership within an international organization.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships across multicultural, geographically diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, financial planning tools, business intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
