Senior Staff Program Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional New Product Introduction, process transformation, go-to-market, and organizational rollout programs.
• Scope ambiguous initiatives into workstreams, deliverables, owners, master schedules, readiness reviews, enablement windows, go-live dates, and retrospectives.
• Run steering committees, change-management syncs, readiness checkpoints, decision forums, and other delivery rituals.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, resolve hand-offs, and unblock execution independently.
• Engage regularly with Director, VP, and ELT stakeholders; provide concise updates and advise on strategic decisions.
• Define program-health KPIs, improve governance and prioritization processes, mentor program managers, and contribute standards, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in a business, go-to-market, or NPI context, including multiple large-scale programs concurrently with minimal oversight.
• Experience operating independently at Staff or Senior Staff level and engaging regularly with ELT stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing master schedules, RAID logs, RACI matrices, roadmaps, decision logs, and executive-level program artifacts across a portfolio.
• Strong working knowledge of program and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite.
• Experience running steering committees and decision forums with Director, VP, and ELT stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including distilling concurrent programs into clear risks, asks, and decisions.
• Financial acumen covering budget management, ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and portfolio-level commercial impact.
• Proactive risk identification, independent problem-solving, sound escalation judgment, and experience implementing program management best practices.
• Experience mentoring program managers on standards, templates, and playbooks.
