Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 total compensation

What you will do

• Lead security programs and initiatives across their full lifecycle, from scoping through launch and closure.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and partners across US and Tel Aviv teams.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, briefings, and executive reporting for the CISO and leadership.
• Translate technical documents and design materials into clear summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish the security program management function, including intake, prioritization, planning, tracking, reporting cadences, templates, and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects, ideally in a fast-moving, cloud-based company.
• Background in cybersecurity, software development, or cloud infrastructure; a security program background is strongly preferred.
• Technical depth sufficient to understand security concepts and terminology, form independent opinions, and participate in design and deployment discussions.
• Experience running cross-functional projects without direct authority and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting.
• Self-starter able to build structure and process where little exists.

Nice to have

• Experience managing initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, and engineering.
• Proficiency with agile frameworks and project management tools, including Jira board configuration and Kanban workflow optimization.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, CSM, or an equivalent Agile credential.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
• Experience using modern AI tools to optimize project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting.
