AI Engineer – Anthropic Claude (Lead / Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; 75% remote

Rate: up to 170 PLN/h net on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, engineer, secure, integrate, and operate an enterprise Anthropic Claude platform for a banking-sector client.
• Define platform architecture, security, compliance, governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Build, support, and continuously improve Claude services and their integrations within the enterprise environment.
• Ensure the platform and services remain reliable, scalable, secure, compliant, and production-ready.
• Enable business teams to build, adopt, and consume AI capabilities through approved first-party and third-party patterns.

Requirements

• Several years of IT experience, including hands-on work in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, ideally with Claude Enterprise platform engineering and operations.
• Experience in enterprise integration and API engineering.
• Experience with enterprise AI architecture and operations.
• Experience with platform reliability, security, and governance.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Agentic AI or Copilot experience.
