TL;DR

Forward-Deployed Engineer (AI): Building and adapting AI-powered creative engines that make, localize, launch, and learn from audio and video content with an accent on enterprise integrations, customer requirements, and full-stack product engineering. Focus on designing bespoke solutions versus generalized product improvements, integrating APIs and enterprise systems, and shipping end-to-end with minimal direction.

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Poland, or the United States; the role can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe. Operation in European timezones is required, with flexibility for customer timezones when needed. Office work is available in Dublin, London, New York, or Warsaw.

What you will do

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and unblock deals.
Decide whether customer needs require bespoke integrations or product improvements that can serve multiple customers.
Build AI-powered engines and integrations across the ElevenLabs audio and video stack.
Ship full-stack solutions end-to-end with minimal direction and no predefined product requirements.

Requirements

Direct customer-facing experience as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presentations to enterprise clients.
Strong full-stack product engineering skills.
Experience with integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, access control, and security reviews.
Ability to identify the underlying requirement behind a customer request and choose between bespoke implementation and generalized product development.
Ability to ship end-to-end with little direction.
Ability to operate in European timezones is required.

Nice to have

Experience with localization or TMS integrations.
Experience with brand or marketing tooling.
Experience in adtech.
