What you will do

• Own the end-to-end agile product lifecycle and manage backlog prioritization for the Rhythm360 platform.
• Translate complex clinical concepts, including arrhythmia data and cardiac device specifications, into detailed user stories and product definitions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and market trends to drive product enhancements and validate long-term roadmap direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leads to define project scopes, estimate level of effort, and identify dependencies.
• Align commercial and operational teams by communicating program statuses and ensuring sales/marketing readiness for new features.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical software implementations in a startup or agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of medical technologies, healthcare data, or cardiac devices (e.g., CIEDs, arrhythmia concepts).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience when navigating ambiguity and particular customer needs.
