Product Manager (Medtech)

Location: San Francisco, CA — hybrid, with remote and in-person work

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 annually, plus bonus, equity ownership opportunity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end agile product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery for the Rhythm360 platform.
• Translate customer requirements, technical directions, and clinical concepts into user stories and product definitions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, market trends, and customer needs to guide product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and operational teams to estimate effort, define metrics, manage dependencies, and structure workstreams.
• Communicate program status, manage risks, and equip sales and marketing teams to launch and sell new features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
• 5+ years managing complex projects and technical software implementations in a startup or agile development environment.
• Experience building scalable project management tools and strategies.
• Deep knowledge of medical technologies, healthcare data, billing, cardiac devices, CIEDs, arrhythmia concepts, and implantable or wearable technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, risk-management, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
