What you will do

• Direct technical strategy and governance for complex, high-risk global accounts and translate enterprise goals into product journeys.
• Influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders by aligning business vision with platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Define strategic KPIs, service frameworks, delivery methodologies, and global knowledge-sharing strategy for TAM delivery.
• Lead critical internal initiatives and high-level Get to Green strategies for at-risk global accounts.
• Define requirements and functional scope for AI productivity tools, integrating advanced analytics and predictive insights into TAM workflows.
• Represent hirify.global as a global thought leader and shape company-wide policy and product strategy through enterprise insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior-level technical account management, enterprise architecture, or consulting experience.
• Expert mastery of cybersecurity architectures and risk management frameworks, with the ability to design secure enterprise ecosystems aligned with modern security standards.
• Proven experience operationalizing AI tools, LLMs, and predictive analytics across technical teams to scale global service delivery and insight generation.
• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to build trust and provide ethical clarity for C-suite stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
• Experience designing and implementing organizational service frameworks, KPIs, and delivery methodologies at global scale.
• Deep architectural expertise in enterprise IAM, security governance, and multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical enablement and talent strategy across large technical organizations.
