Manager, Value Creation

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office

Compensation Range: $103,500–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of value creation engagements across pre-close diligence and post-close execution.
• Structure analyses for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead client working sessions and support value realization planning.
• Oversee value creation deliverables and analytical models.
• Collaborate with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
• Manage engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Experience serving private equity clients.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
