Sr. Solution Consultant - Bilingual (French/English) (Payroll/HCM)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,200–120,650 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Consult with customers on payroll best practices and design and build hirify.global Ready payroll solutions.
• Support complete implementations for new customers while collaborating cross-functionally with clients and hirify.global project teams.
• Act as the hirify.global Ready subject matter expert and stay current with product features and functionality.
• Format data files using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and import the data into hirify.global Ready.
• Track project milestones, provide status updates, resolve process and product issues, and maintain project tracking tools weekly.
• Define implementation processes and best practices, create custom reports, contribute to team objectives, and informally mentor peers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Ready.
• Ability to manage more than 10 implementation projects simultaneously.
• Mentorship experience.
• Comfort working while business processes and tools are still being defined.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• SHRM, FPC, or CPP certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
