Sr. Consultant, Business Effectiveness

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site work at Toronto-81 Bay, 24th Floor. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Deliver accurate performance reporting, scorecards, and insights for business management and senior leadership.
• Develop, govern, calibrate, and enhance scorecards and performance measures for Mortgage Advisors, Area Sales Managers, and Regional Directors.
• Support forecasting, target calculations, commission analysis, inquiry resolution, and trend identification.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders on requirements, change initiatives, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Improve methods, standards, processes, practices, and tools to strengthen operational effectiveness and consistency.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and insights for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in advanced reporting, scorecard management, forecasting, target setting, and performance analysis.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret detailed information, and apply critical thinking.
• Strong communication, relationship management, teamwork, attention to detail, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and deliver accurate and efficient results.
• Degree or diploma in business, finance, analytics, economics, or a related field.
• Commitment to high standards, genuine relationships, inclusive teamwork, and continuous growth.

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Background in banking or financial services.
