District Facility Manager (AI/Automation)

Location: Brisbane, California, United States; onsite facility role with the ability to work off-site when required

Salary: $70,304.00 base per year; eligible for bonus

What you will do

• Manage building functions, facility systems, maintenance programs, technical installations, service providers, suppliers, contracts, SLAs, costs, and performance scorecards.
• Lead facility resources and staff through regular huddles, one-on-ones, reviews, coaching, objectives, and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, house rules, company policies, and government requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, self-audits, business continuity planning, and hazard mitigation for employees and visitors.
• Participate in district tactical and facility business planning, procurement, claims and dispute resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication with district, regional, and global teams, service providers, subcontractors, and governmental officials when applicable.

Requirements

• Four or more years of operational work experience with hirify.global.
• Written and verbal communication, listening, leadership, emotional intelligence, change leadership, adaptability, presentation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• English language proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and M365 technologies.
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to understand complex operational processes, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and manage stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience developing automations, applications, or digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in operations, logistics, finance, or enterprise shared services environments.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related technologies.
