Company

hirify.global is a healthcare company founded in 2017 that combines a care platform, advanced data and AI, and clinical and service experiences to improve the health and well-being of older Americans.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day provider and facility credentialing operations by working queues, resolving complex cases, and improving turnaround times and quality.
  • Document operational knowledge in current SOPs and maintain a central documentation library.
  • Help manage, train, and develop the offshore team, including monitoring quality and productivity and supporting offshore work transitions.
  • Assess operational pain points, build data-based business cases, and measure the impact of AI solutions, technology improvements, and offshore transitions.
  • Create, test, measure, and refine AI solutions for operational efficiency, partnering with product and engineering as needed.
  • Lead workflow mapping, requirements, testing, cutover, and post-launch vendor performance monitoring for the 2027 CVO vendor transition; own operational metrics and ensure compliance with CMS, AAAHC, and state requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or consulting.
  • Hands-on operating approach with willingness to execute directly, not only manage or direct work.
  • Strong process orientation, efficiency focus, and ability to anticipate and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution, reprioritize quickly, and work through complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a strong standard for quality and accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to understand and follow complex regulations.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Data, systems, and technology proficiency, including the ability to build reporting that improves decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare experience.
  • Familiarity with credentialing standards and CMS requirements.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI tools for workflow improvement, or a strong record of applying technology and automation to operational problems.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.

Culture & Benefits

  • Mission-driven environment focused on improving healthcare for older Americans.
  • Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans with low or no premium.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave.
  • $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend.
  • Stock options for all employees, bonus eligibility except for Director-level and above roles, and a 401(k) program.
  • Safe, supportive, diverse, and collaborative workplace.
