eCOA Project Manager

Location: Poland or South Africa; Warsaw or Johannesburg; remote or office

What you will do

• Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional eCOA projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff, providing direction and support to the project team.
• Apply expert eCOA implementation knowledge based on study protocols.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies, quality issues, project changes, and interventions.
• Track and report project progress, problems, solutions, deliverables, and evaluation results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IRT/eCOA or a related field.
• Significant experience in eCOA, research technology, Outcomes Research, eClinical/Clinical fields, or related services or industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
