VP Health Navigation Solution Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual, Texas, United States of America. US citizenship and proof of citizenship are required because the role supports federal government or federal government contractor services. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship; occasional travel to physical office locations may be required.

Salary: $225,000–$290,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the healthcare navigation business.
• Develop market analysis, positioning, innovation initiatives, and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Technology, Client Delivery, Sales, Account Management, clients, and industry leaders to create scalable solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, delivery quality, service models, vendors, and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while managing organizational change and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or related leadership roles, including experience in healthcare navigation, health consulting, or the healthcare industry.
• Proven success driving growth and transformation in enterprise-level environments.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, the point solution industry, and the broader benefits landscape.
• US citizenship and work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
