TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Healthcare): Launching and scaling payer and employer healthcare partnerships by coordinating data integrations, eligibility, patient outreach, operational workflows, and outcome reporting with an accent on cross-functional implementation, analytics, and value-based care. Focus on translating contracts into technical requirements, building repeatable launch processes, and proving partner value through measurable results.
Location: Remote within the United States; offices in New York City and San Francisco are available for those who prefer in-person work.
Base salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity.
Company
hirify.global is a virtual medical practice providing 24/7 care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause, using technology to identify risks earlier and deliver personalized care.
What you will do
Run launch plans for new payer and employer partners, including scope, timelines, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional coordination.
Translate contract terms into technical requirements covering eligibility, cohorts, benefits, markets, and populations.
Coordinate data exchange and integration, patient outreach, operational and clinical workflows, and partner implementations.
Define partner success metrics, build reporting and dashboards, conduct statistical analyses, and present results in partner reviews.
Convert launch learnings into standard processes, templates, data checks, and product requirements that make implementations faster and less error-prone.
Track measurable outcomes including time to launch, data quality, eligible population reached, enrollment, partner satisfaction, and renewal.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in product management, implementation, solutions, operations, analytics, strategy, or consulting, with a track record of owning cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Ability to learn new domains quickly, work with claims file layouts, draft outreach plans, and prepare partner readouts.
Ability to structure ambiguity, manage parallel workstreams, align cross-functional partners, and maintain momentum.
Ability to distinguish work that should be solved directly from work requiring a specialist team, provide clear handoffs, and follow through to delivery.
Ability to evaluate data analyses, understand assumptions and limitations, identify inconsistencies, explain results, and make partner-facing decisions.
Ability to explain technical and data-heavy concepts to payer executives, clinicians, engineers, and operations teams, adapting communication to each audience.
Ability to understand partner priorities, make tradeoffs under tight constraints, and work resourcefully without sacrificing rigor or quality.
Deep passion for improving maternal and infant health in the United States and empathy for expecting and new parents, especially lower-income families.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, particularly value-based care, payer or employer partnerships, or modern care delivery.
Familiarity with eligibility and roster files, medical claims, notifications of pregnancy, attribution, risk adjustment, or outcomes measurement.
Experience implementing or onboarding enterprise customers, especially when data integration was part of the launch.
Startup experience, particularly during a period of rapid growth.
Familiarity with SQL or similar tools for exploring datasets and checking results.
Culture & Benefits
Fully remote work flexibility within the United States, with optional offices in New York City and San Francisco.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
High-deductible health plans with HSA options and FSA access.
Equity grant participation and a 401(k) program.
Competitive vacation policy and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
Mission-driven, inclusive environment focused on patient-first care, cross-disciplinary work, data-driven decisions, and continuous learning.
