Product Manager (Senior Care Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; remote work is also available.

Salary: CAD 140,000–190,000 base salary per year, with an opportunity for equity.

What you will do

• Own the software product used by care organizations and partners to monitor residents and clients.
• Set and maintain the product roadmap based on customer conversations, data, and business priorities.
• Lead releases from idea through delivery, coordinating engineering so the software and sensor develop together.
• Own integrations and partner requirements to scale deployments across organizations.
• Represent partner needs internally and align sales, support, and engineering.
• Work directly with the COO and CTO and collaborate with the consumer product team.

Requirements

• Experience shipping B2B software or connected-device products end to end as a product manager.
• Ability to make product decisions using customer conversations and data rather than opinion.
• Comfort working in partner meetings and engineering sprint reviews.
• Experience shipping in a lean team and handling a broad range of product responsibilities.
• Ownership mindset, willingness to solve problems independently, and ability to work without a predefined playbook or large team.
