Advanced Services Manager, EMEA

Location: Remote, United Kingdom; travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and manage the Advanced Services architecture delivery team across EMEA and LATAM.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Systems Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, customers, and partners to design and deliver scalable, resilient data management solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements and present enterprise-ready Advanced Services value propositions.
• Oversee technical design architects and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts and projects.
• Coach, develop, and review direct reports while managing escalations related to CSAT issues across multiple time zones and languages.
• Provide regional feedback to improve the services portfolio and develop new services.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience across Advanced Services, including growing a high-quality, multi-country organization.
• Strategic knowledge of the services sales process and strong business acumen.
• Experience developing, leading, and inspiring services-focused teams to exceed goals.
• Knowledge of competitors in the data storage industry and the ability to turn this knowledge into competitive advantage.
• Understanding of customer expectations for large Enterprise and Global accounts across diverse EMEA and LATAM markets.
• Experience in some or all of hirify.global's technology pillars, including Data Management, Protection, Migration, Analytics, AI/ML, Business Applications, Kubernetes, Portworx, and MultiCloud.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing high-performing Professional or Advanced Services architect and delivery teams.
• Executive presence, superior communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to conduct difficult conversations; 6–10 years of relevant experience.
