Senior Financials ERP Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Wilmington or Newark, Delaware, with one day monthly in Dover, Delaware. Candidates must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $60–$75 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state ERP solutions.
• Lead functional workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
• Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and business rules.
• Perform gap analysis, data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and migration support.
• Support ERP design workshops, functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and configuration validation.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience supporting ERP Financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday Financial Management.
• Participation in a full lifecycle ERP Financial implementation from requirements through go-live.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one of: Purchase-to-Pay, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable; General Ledger; Budgeting; Accounts Receivable/Billing; Projects & Grants; or Asset Management.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, including predominantly sedentary computer-based work and occasional movement around the office for meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformations.
• Experience with State Government financial operations, including Fund Accounting, Grants, Appropriations, Budget Control, and Commitment Control.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
• Public Sector or State Government ERP implementation experience.
