What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Product, Development, QA, and business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and system needs.
• Gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, map data, and support solution design.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot financial applications such as Oracle, Workday, and Hyperion.
• Analyze upstream and downstream impacts across policy administration, commissions, payments, ledger, FAH, and accounting processes.
• Support QA/UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and go-live activities.
• Maintain JIRA documentation and identify process improvements using critical thinking, innovation, and AI fluency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, financial systems, or a related area.
• Experience with ERP and financial software systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
• Experience with JIRA, business requirements documentation, process modeling, data mapping, QA/UAT coordination, defect management, and release readiness.
• Ability to analyze business problems, review system mappings and technical artifacts, and develop well-reasoned recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
