Creative Senior Project Manager

Location: New York City; fully remote environment is offered.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex creative projects across the shared-services Creative team.
• Translate briefs, scopes, timelines, and resourcing needs into project plans covering milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Creative Strategy, Client Partnership, Media, Analytics, channel teams, and Creative Studio to align deliverables, feedback, approvals, and client goals.
• Anticipate scope changes, approval delays, capacity constraints, and competing priorities; recommend solutions and escalate risks early.
• Track delivery performance, project volume, revisions, scope changes, and recurring workflow bottlenecks to improve reliability and reduce rework.
• Improve intake, briefing, handoffs, templates, reporting, documentation, and AI-enabled automation; support junior project-management talent through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in creative project management, agency operations, production management, account operations, marketing project management, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent creative, marketing, content, campaign, or production workstreams.
• Strong project-management skills covering timeline development, workback planning, scope management, resource coordination, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, production teams, brand teams, or cross-functional marketing partners.
• Strong understanding of the creative-production lifecycle, including briefing, concepting, design, copy, review, feedback, approvals, and final delivery.
• Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, solutions-oriented, and organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools responsibly to improve workflow quality and efficiency.
