Creative Project Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, Detroit, Washington D.C., or Remote US; remote options include EST and PST.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000/year plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead creative kickoffs, own project briefs, align expectations, and establish creative direction.
• Manage day-to-day production of digital advertising assets, including new assets, iterations, resizes, and format variations.
• Improve creative workflows, briefs, templates, tools, and production pipelines to increase velocity and quality.
• Test and implement AI, project management, and automation solutions; build playbooks and operating standards.
• Maintain asset operations in Notion and Airtable, including tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox folder architecture.
• Coordinate legal reviews, quality control, delivery tracking, and reporting on delivery, revision time, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including consolidating competing feedback and aligning stakeholders.
• Interest in using AI to improve project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong quality assurance, naming convention, and asset management instincts.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong risk management and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under deadline pressure.
• Strategic approach to improving execution and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Airtable and Notion administration experience.
• Experience in a cross-functional creative structure.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows in regulated industries.
• Experience supporting new product launches or campaign management.
