Technical Project Analyst (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work at least 3 days per week in Fairfax, VA and/or Springfield, VA; attendance may be adjusted based on program needs.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide organizational, programmatic, and technical support for AI projects serving US Government and Department of War missions.
• Support customer engagements, technical discussions, project monitoring, and project control.
• Orchestrate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and organize project kickoffs and Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Facilitate customer and partner engagements to identify requirements.
• Assist with resolving blockers and align cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements.
• Support the Program Manager with project plans, schedules, deliverables, executive summaries, dashboards, and performance reports.

Requirements

• US citizenship.
• Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, eligible for CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ticket tracking systems, SharePoint, and similar tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Experience tracking and reporting project metrics, managing stakeholders, and adjusting quickly to changing customer priorities.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Current IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain it within 60 days of the start date.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
• Project management or business analysis certification, such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with container technologies and familiarity with system architecture.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
