Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany; office attendance required three times per week at Tempelhofer Weg 60.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, clarify position specifications, and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver strong shortlists, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer decisions with market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
