Location: Ochtrup, NRW, Germany. Permanent, full-time, onsite position.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment from job advertisement creation and application screening through candidate selection and hiring.
• Work with department managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews and guide applicants through the selection process.
• Source candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, and active sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain the applicant tracking system, and monitor open positions.
• Suggest improvements and support the recruitment team in developing hiring processes.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business administration, ideally with an HR focus, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Structured, independent working style and good organisational skills.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn and develop.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and active sourcing.
