Associate Director, Business Data Office, Client Data Team (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain client, investor, and investment data for accounting, operations, and client integration stakeholders.
• Process data update requests, validate submitted information, and communicate missing or invalid details.
• Extract and ingest data from CSV files, PDFs, emails, and other structured or unstructured formats.
• Support data cleanup, bulk ingestion, migration, remediation, and incident resolution.
• Assist with solution assessment, legacy replacement, modernization, testing, and verification for Origin and MTC systems.
• Help standardize and automate data processes, maintain operating procedures and Jira/ServiceDesk/Confluence records, and complete internal checklists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in financial services data management, including people management experience.
• Experience with back-office or business-processing practices.
