Organizational Change Management Consultant (Government HCM)

Location: Hybrid; available in 26 locations. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $57,600–$110,400 per year.

What you will do

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts for government clients modernizing HCM and payroll systems.
• Identify gaps, risks, and mitigation actions across people, processes, and business operations.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
• Support readiness networks and change champions, maintain engagement trackers and readiness reporting, and prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge-transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with project leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams throughout project phases.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience applying a recognized organizational change management methodology, such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of experience providing organizational readiness analysis and planning for a highly complex project valued at $10 million or more.
• At least one year of experience guiding stakeholders through change by explaining impacts, supporting commitment, and assessing operational readiness.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.
