Senior Associate, UX Design (AI)

What you will do

• Own significant parts of client UX design workstreams from research and requirements through detailed design, high-fidelity visual design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Understand users and business needs, translate requirements into hypotheses, conduct research, and turn insights into tangible experiences.
• Design journeys and service blueprints spanning human and AI actors, including human-in-the-loop hand-offs and interaction patterns for non-deterministic systems.
• Prototype and test human/AI interactions, handling latency, ambiguity, uncertainty, and error states while keeping users informed and in control.
• Present design work to clients and collaborate with engineering, data, and consulting teams to deliver cohesive, usable experiences.
• Contribute to dashboards, web and enterprise applications, design systems, service design, and client-facing workshops.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in human-centered design methods and mindset, supported by a portfolio of client, enterprise, or product work.
• Ability to design usable user flows, journeys, interfaces, and interaction patterns based on how people think and behave.
• Ability to create journey maps and service blueprints for multi-actor systems, including AI-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven features or agentic experiences, including human/AI flows, hand-off moments, uncertainty, and error handling; portfolio evidence and rationale are required.
• Ability to plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research and translate findings into design decisions.
• Fluency in Figma or similar tools and ability to create low- to high-fidelity prototypes, including AI-assisted interaction prototypes.
• Direct client or business-stakeholder collaboration, presentation, and adaptation to feedback and constraints.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, support co-creation, and explain design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Strong visual design craft across typography, layout, color, hierarchy, iconography, information design, design systems, accessibility, inclusion, and transparency in AI-driven features.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in experience design or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise, agency, or consulting environments.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure or other complex technical domains.
• Background in human behavior or applied social sciences.
• Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Miro AI, Lovable, or similar.
