Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Work from home; remote

Salary: $76,500–$130,000 per year, with additional annual incentive opportunities based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead UX design for complex digital experiences from discovery and concept development through implementation.
• Translate user research, behavioral insights, business requirements, and technical considerations into end-to-end experience strategies, journeys, flows, and scalable design solutions.
• Create information architecture, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, interaction designs, reusable components, and UX documentation.
• Partner with UX Research, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Technology, developers, and business stakeholders to incorporate insights, ensure feasibility, and support implementation.
• Design consistent, accessible experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, including design and visual QA.
• Review analytics, usability findings, journey trends, and customer feedback; present recommendations, participate in design reviews, and provide UX guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience designing complex digital products, websites, or services.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating UX design work across web and mobile experiences.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience translating complex customer and business problems into simple, intuitive user experiences, including customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with design systems, reusable components, and established digital design patterns.
• Strong working knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience using research, analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions and collaborating with business and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to communicate design thinking, processes, and recommendations; ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain design quality, and receive feedback and critique.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile or product management operating model, with demonstrated success partnering across product, design, and technology teams.
