Senior UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead UX design from concept to delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Design experiences for the Buy Online Small Business suite covering lodging, restaurants, and ecommerce.
• Drive AI implementations that improve product capabilities and ease of use.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product direction and solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback and business requirements.
• Mentor junior designers and share design best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience and a portfolio showing the design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency with AI tooling and experience using AI-related technologies.
• Expert knowledge of product sales and customer onboarding UX.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
