Senior Regional Marketing Manager (Mid-Market, Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US; approximately 40% travel across North America.

Compensation: $145,000–$155,000 annual base salary plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own regional field marketing plans and targets across North America, aligning investment with mid-market priorities and revenue goals.
• Build integrated field and account-based marketing programs with sales and marketing partners to engage priority accounts and create qualified opportunities.
• Plan and deliver regional roadshows, roundtables, virtual events, trade shows, direct mail, and other customer-facing programs from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate lead capture, follow-up workflows, and sales handoffs with demand generation, campaign, email, and marketing operations partners.
• Equip sales teams with field kits, campaign resources, and marketing assets that advance account engagement and opportunities.
• Analyze lead quality, conversion, pipeline performance, and return on investment to improve targeting and execution; use AI tools responsibly and verify outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Experience planning and executing regional marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, with clear goals and follow-through.
• Experience partnering with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to build account-based or integrated campaigns for business audiences.
• Ability to use campaign and pipeline metrics to assess performance, communicate results, and make practical improvements.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day responsibilities with sound judgment when evaluating outputs.
