We are seeking an experienced Fintech Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships within the financial technology sector.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven professional who understands the fintech ecosystem, knows how to build high-value relationships, and can turn partnerships into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, fintechs and other financial services organisations.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
* Identify new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth, market expansion and customer acquisition.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance and marketing teams to deliver partnership objectives.
* Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver against commercial targets.
* Stay informed about fintech trends, emerging payment solutions and developments across the UAE and wider GCC markets.

Requirements
* Proven experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances within fintech, payments or financial services.
* Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, ideally including banks, payment gateways, digital payments or embedded finance.
* Demonstrated ability to develop senior-level relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Existing relationships within the UAE or GCC fintech ecosystem would be an advantage.
