What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for API products from initial prospecting through to closing.
  • Identify and engage new customers across exchanges, DeFi protocols, and institutional firms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while forecasting revenue accurately.
  • Analyze client data requirements to propose optimal API tiers and integration strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical clients and internal product/engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue within the existing client base through upsells.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in API, data, or SaaS products.
  • Strong existing network within the crypto, DeFi, or fintech industries.
  • Solid understanding of technical API specifications and how buyers evaluate data products.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • English: Native or near-native level fluency required.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling financial or crypto market data APIs.
  • Familiarity with REST and WebSocket API architectures.
  • Established professional relationships with exchanges or trading desks.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
