Director, Regional Marketing Americas

Location: Remote or hybrid within the United States; travel within the Americas required for up to 20–30% of the time, including regional meetings, events, and customer engagements.

Annual salary: $160,000–$180,000, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop Americas regional marketing strategies aligned with global brand, portfolio, and revenue priorities.
• Adapt global campaigns into regionally relevant messaging, programs, and integrated campaigns.
• Partner with sales leadership on account-specific and segment-focused strategies for priority accounts.
• Lead regional campaigns across digital, content, events, and sales enablement.
• Lead Tier 3 events and key customer moments, focusing on messaging, experience design, and outcomes.
• Measure and optimize engagement, pipeline influence, and other regional marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of B2B marketing experience, including regional, field, downstream, or account-based marketing.
• Strong understanding of life science research customers and markets, including academic institutions, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical R&D organizations, and research institutes.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales organizations in a matrixed, global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product or scientific value into customer-centric messaging.
• Experience managing regional or account-level campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working with performance metrics related to pipeline contribution, engagement, or revenue influence.

Nice to have

• Scientific training through a life sciences degree, including a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.
• Hands-on research experience.
